DeductiveLab Founder, Noel Temeña, has been an Enterprise IT Analyst for multinational corporations for more than 20 years. During his research and stint in technical support operations, he discovered common troubleshooting patterns. Based on these patterns, he developed a methodology that can be applied to all types of technical components. He then converted this methodology into a skill and process model which became the foundation for his IT Troubleshooting Management program. 


Believing in the value of education and continuous learning, he continues to share his know-how through online, off-site and on-site training programs, mentoring, coaching, and more.
